Remember, any computer problems you are having must be documented in our "Track It" system.

This is the fastest way to have a problem resolved.  Navigate to your Classlink Dashboard and find the Track-It icon It will automatically log you in and you can enter your ticket.

You can also enter a work order by emailing helpdesk@jasperisd.net from a school supplied email address ending with "@jasperisd.net". 

 

 

TEACHERS:  PLEASE DO NOT PUT MAINTENACE ISSUES IN TRACK IT. ALL MAINTENANCE WORK ORDERS ARE TO BE ENTERED BY CAMPUS SECRETARIES ONLY.  IF YOU HAVE A MAINTENANCE ISSUE, PLEASE SEE YOUR CAMPUS SECRETARY.
