Enrollment at Jasper ISD

As a public school system, we welcome all students who live within the district's boundaries and meet state age and health requirements. For specific enrollment information, please contact your child's school. If you need to find out which school your child will attend, please use the School Finder to look up the attendance boundaries for your address.

Enrollment Information and FAQ

  • Parents and legal guardians should be able to register new students in Jasper ISD.  If you have temporary guardianship, please fill out the form linked below and bring a notarized copy to your campus.

    If you have any questions about your status and ability to enroll a student, please get in touch with the appropriate campus registrar.

  • Please have the following paperwork saved as a PDF for uploading during the registration process.

    Each must be an individual file.

    • Driver’s license
    • Social security of child
    • Official birth certificate of child
    • Shot record of child
    • Proof of residency
    • FOR PRE-K ONLY – your two most recent pay stub or tax return for self-employed persons

     

    ***All returning students to JISD will need to update information every year. Please click the appropriate link above to log in and update information for currently enrolled/returning students.***

  • Jasper ISD offers four (4) options for online student enrollment for our K-12 students.

    Online Registration for Returning Students

    This option is open one month before the new school year. Every Jasper ISD student needs to re-register and update their information every year. This option is open for currently enrolled/returning students.  

     

    New Student Registration for Families Currently In-District. 

    This option is for families with at least one(1) student currently enrolled in Jasper ISD and who have a Family Access ID.  It allows them to register an additional student who has never attended JISD.

     

    New Student Registration for Families New to Jasper ISD. 

    This option is for families who have never attended Jasper ISD before, and who DO NOT have a Family Access Login.

     

    Students Returning to Jasper ISD from Another District.

    Follow the steps to log into Skyward Family Access.  You will need to reset your password that you used when your student was previously enrolled in Jasper ISD.

  • All new Pre-K enrollments must follow the online registration requirements.  In addition to the online portion, you will need to come to Few Primary Campus in person to fill out the Pre-K Qualification Form.  Please click below to see if your student qualifies.

  • My child used to attend Jasper ISD schools and is returning.  Which option do I choose?
    Choose the link for returning students.  You will need to log in with your previous Family Access credentials.  You will need to reset your password and then proceed with registration.

     

  • If you would like to enroll in person, please contact the Registrar at the appropriate campus.
